Came in not long before closing. Mr Jase at the DIberville location was very helpful. Found the slow leak and had me fixed up real fast. Great job.

I have dealt with firestone before but this firestone experience was the most professional that I have dealt with. Scott the manager had the upmost professionalism that I have dealt with at any firestone store before. I was on vacation and my vehicle started giving me issues and Scott got me right in and the repairs were taken care of in a timely manner by their Senior tech named Matt. If anyone needs a very professionalism automotive shop I highly recommend this store and ask for Matt to do the work and deal with Scott!

Huge shoutout to Firestone Complete Auto Care for absolutely saving our day. We had two flat tires on our boat trailer and were stranded, stressed, and expecting to be stuck for hours. Their team jumped into action immediately and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful service when we needed it most. Couldn’t be more thankful for the crew and how well they treated us. Highly recommend!

Got an excellent price on tires and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Jase scheduled our appointment and Tyler helped us at the counter. These days it’s sometimes hard to find good customer service, but the service here was excellent! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
